Pancake Day is the day before Lent. Christians know it as Shrove Tuesday and is the day when traditionally you would give up something or do something good you wouldn't normally do for Lent. This year, Anna and myself have decided to give up fizzy drinks and that is inclusive of energy drinks. So, I am currently sitting in Switch Youth Cafe in Maidstone drinking a can of Pepsi.
