The phone was stolen by a drug abuser and I just want to highlight the affects of drug users on the community and speak out about recent things I have witnessed as a result of having little choice but hanging out with some of them.
The effects of drug abuse on the community is severe and so much time goes into other things that drugs are not seen to be taken seriously by the police. In order to get their fix, drug abusers steal things, sell themselves, mug other people, and these are not taken seriously by the police. The other affects are the violence that it can cause on our streets, drug users are often paranoid people who get stressed out if they can't get their fix.
This violence is often seen by children or other people.
When people talk about this subject, they often mention the problems but they don't mention solutions or ask why. So why?
