First I would like to talk about my EU sceptacism, which, particularly comes from EU privatisation projects such as TTIP and I would like to reiterate that my scepticism of the EU has NEVER come from immigration fears (made up by right-winged papers). I do not buy the lies spread about immigration by people such as the BNP, EDL or NF. I do not agree with theese groups on immigration. Let's get that out of the way.
Making this decision, has been difficult and has had to be thought of carefully. Whilst TTIP is a concern, it does not outway my biggest concern, the Human Rights Act. Since the last time a top Tory spoke about it - was about SCRAPPING it, I can no longer trust the Tories WITHOUT the EU backing this act.
I, thought about what we get from the EU... Well, profit. Our economy grows with it finacially (which is another reason to add to why Austerity, is a term used by welfare-haters) we get more back from the EU than we pay. We also get funding. Being involved in the youth sector for many years, it is increasingly difficult to find funding for young people. Having said this, most of the funding you can get, tends to be EU schemes such as ESF (European Social Fund) and many other fantastic grants the EU has. With this funding, so many vulnerable young people have been helped and crime has been prevented, treatment has been given and our young people grow to be strong young adults.
This is the reason I am voting to stay IN in the EU refferendum.
